"SANTA MUELLER" IS "MAKING HIS LIST AND CHECKING IT TWICE" TO PROVE THAT DONALD TRUMP HAS BEEN "NAUGHTY" AND CRIMINALLY NOT "NICE"

Donald Trump and the Republicans are treating a caravan of migrants as if they were hardened criminals by attacking them with tear gas.  But these men, women, children and babies are fleeing violence, poverty and persecution in their Central American homelands and want a safe haven in the United States.  According to official figures - released by Mexico's Interior Ministry - more than seven-thousand migrants have arrived at the U.S./Mexico border after traveling by foot for some 2,500 miles in order to escape from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador.  They are seeking asylum, and U.S. law allows such individuals to cross in to America for protection...and each one deserves to be heard before being told they cannot stay.  But Donald Trump thinks he's dictator of the United States, and he wants to change the law on his own by merely a racist and xenophobic stroke of his pen.  The migrants - for the time being - are living in temporary shelters in the border cities of Tijuana and Mexicali.  And yes, that's a

crying tear streaming down the sad face of The Statue Of Liberty.  The Emma Lazarus poem that is engraved on Lady Liberty's pedestal famously reads, "Give me your tired, your poor, Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free, The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.  Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me, I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"

It is a matter of life and death for these migrants.  For Trump to not permit them to have their cases considered by a judge is against the law, and Democrats in Congress need to stop Trump and put an end to his illegal action.  Furthermore, Trump's order to U.S. Border Patrol officers to use force against these migrants is also illegal.  The Posse Comitatus Act - which was enacted in 1878 - prohibits the federal government from using U.S. armed forces as a posse comitatus for law enforcement, except in certain cases, which do not apply in this instance, according to legal and constitutional scholars. The law states..."Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for not more than two years, or both."

One barefoot migrant toddler girl - wearing nothing but a t-shirt and a diaper - cries as she is helped at the U.S./Mexico border by a woman who pulled the child out of danger when U.S. agents fired tear gas.  And Republicans can still support Donald Trump? Really?  Seriously?

Earlier this year, Donald Trump locked up babies and other children in cages...and now he has fired tear gas at them.  Can Trump be any worse than that?  He is mentally and morally unbalanced and should not be president of the United States. What's next?  Will Trump order soldiers to shoot bullets at these kids and their parents?  Oh wait a second. He already did that and then somebody obviously convinced him to change his mind.  But that doesn't mean he won't give that order again.

Christmas is coming and Special Counsel Robert "Santa Claus" Mueller is "making his list and checking it twice" and he will soon use the Monday, November 26th, 2018 tear gas assault as one more offense by Donald Trump to prove that he has been criminally "naughty."  Removing Trump from office is long overdue and Mueller needs to reveal his royal flush hand and not bluff about any evidence he has in order to force Trump's resignation.

Meanwhile, it's time for Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives to prepare for the start of impeachment proceedings.  The U.S. Constitution spells it out mathematically. Trump - or any sitting president, for that matter - can be impeached with a majority of the House agreeing to do so.  The magic number is 218 of the 435 Members.  Come January 3rd, 2019 - with 234 Democrats - the left side of the aisle will hold that majority to impeach Trump.  Then it's up to the U.S. Senate.

The Senate - in the new year - may be divided by 52 Republicans to 48 Democrats (if the Democratic Party candidate wins the Mississippi runoff election on Tuesday, November 27th). Otherwise, the Senate makeup will be 53 "red" to 47 "blue."  However, let's - for the sake of this scenario - think the Democrats will win in "The Magnolia State."  The Constitution requires two-thirds of the Senate - or 67 senators - to remove the president.  Therefore, it would take all 48 Democrats and 19 brave Republicans to agree, and Donald Trump can wave goodbye as he leaves Washington, DC on his way back to Trump Tower or Mar-a-Lago...never to return to The White House.

Only 19 courageous Republican senators - that's 19 Americans out of some 325-million citizens - have the power to decide it all.  Just 19 Republican senators who need to grow a spine and stand up tall to save America from the insanity that is destroying our country.  Major League Baseball's Tony Gwynn and the National Football League's Johnny Unitas each wore the number 19 on their team uniforms. But that 19th Republican senator who votes to rid the United States from the Donald Trump presidency will become the most famous person to represent that number. The question now is...will there be 18 others who will join him...or her?

And that's The Controversy for today.

     I'm Gary B. Duglin.

  1. Once again you try and spin the facts, President Trump and the Republicans didn’t attack anyone with tear gas. The United States Border Patrol, our Border Patrol defended themselves against an angry, violent mob who were trying to enter the USA illegally, the mob pushed women and children in front of themselves to use as human shields, while throwing rocks, concrete blocks and bottles at US border agents. To disperse the mob, protect innocent bystanders and themselves the US Agents did the same thing they did in November 2013 (under President Obama) they used pepper spray and tear gas. It is a disgrace the way you demean our US law enforcement agents the way you do, they put their life on the line every day so that you have the right to publish this column. The law requires all persons seeking entry into the USA to enter at a legal port of entry, not climb over fences or breakdown barricades. All the President has said and I believe most Americans would agree is that they should come to the door, wait their turn, ring the bell and ask if they can come in. We then will follow our stupid law which grants most of them a hearing in 3 months to a year; they are then released into our country to return for their hearing. Ninety plus percent never show up for the hearing and fade into the shadows as illegal aliens. And for those hundreds or even thousands of known criminals in the caravan go back from where you came from, as a known criminal you cannot be given asylum in our country. The US Border Patrol is not part of the US Military and not subject to the Posse Comitatus Act , it is a law enforcement agency not a military force. Many Presidents have sent the US military to the Mexican/US border even President Obama in May of 2010. The US military that has been sent to the border not to engage but to do logistic support and other forms of support such as helping repair the existing fences and walls along with adding wire barricades to protect our border. They have been authorized to use force only to defend themselves or border patrol agents.
You can continue your hateful dream of the partisan Robert Mueller and his gang of thugs finding something on the President, I don’t believe that is going to happen no matter how hard Mueller and his crew harass, intimidate, blackmail people or even fabricate evidence against the President and his family for revenge and partisan hatred. If Mueller is fair and non-partisan which I don’t think he is at this point all facts show he is not, but if he is and finds something then I would be wrong, I don’t think I am. When the Mueller report comes out and has no evidence of anything close to an impeachable offence or any crime by the President and the House led by Pelosi still goes forward with their unfounded investigations and impeachment, they will never get 19 Republicans, I don’t think they will get a single one. What they could do is send this country into a major economic upheaval and come close to civil war. All because of their left wing partisanship quest for power and their hatred for the President for beating Hillary!

      PART ONE OF THREE

Wayne, it's one thing for Donald Trump to be a liar, but please do not embarrass yourself by repeating his lies.

Trump's quote on Monday, November 26th, 2018 in Gulfport, Mississippi: "We had tremendous violence. Three Border Patrol people were very badly hurt through getting hit with rocks and stones." That is a flat lie. The Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen confirmed that "no one was injured."

All Trump wants to do is build his "wall of hate"...his racist and xenophobic barrier. But it's a structure that will never be built and I have written that for three and a half years since Trump first mentioned it in the early days of his campaign. Furthermore, he continues to lie about it.

Trump's quote in Biloxi, Mississippi: "The wall has started very, very substantially, and in fact you saw the other day the wall stopped everybody and it was only the section that's now under construction. They've breached it but only momentarily, it didn't take long. Momentarily. That was called a very momentary breach."

Once again...a lie. Just as President Obama and other presidents before him have done, Trump is currently repairing and replacing old sections of a fence that borders the United States with Mexico. There are NO new sections of a "wall" being built.

Next is another of Trump's lies. "Obama had a separation policy. We all had the same policy. I tried to do it differently, but Obama had a separation policy. But people don't like to talk about that."

Untrue. President Obama and his administration did NOT have a family separation policy. Mr. Obama did everything possible to detain families while keeping them together.

The chairman of the Democratic National Committee, Tom Perez, tweeted..."Shooting tear gas at children is not who we are as Americans. Seeking asylum is not a crime. We must be better than this."

Wayne, your comment is so ludicrous that it's not even worth me responding to it. "All the president has said and I believe most Americans would agree is that they should come to the door, wait their turn, ring the bell and ask if they can come in. We then will follow our stupid law which grants most of them a hearing in 3 months to a year; they are then released into our country to return for their hearing." First of all...most Americans would NOT agree to that. According to a recent nationwide poll by Monmouth University Polling Institute, it's the Republicans - and barely half - that want to keep the migrants out. The poll indicates that only 51 percent of Republicans across the country feel the caravan should be turned away from the U.S/Mexico border, while 43 percent of Republicans say the migrants should be given the chance to enter our country. However, a whopping 89 percent of Democrats and a tremendous amount of Independents - 72 percent - say the immigrants deserve to be allowed in to the United States.

Once again, Wayne, you are either telling lies yourself or repeating the lies that Donald Trump and Fox News want you to believe. There is no truth that "90 plus percent (of immigrants) never show up for the hearing and fade into the shadows as illegal aliens." That is a total, flat lie. According to data from the Department of Justice from the last five available years, about 60 to 75 percent of non-detained migrants have attended their immigration court proceedings. But here's even a better statistic that pertains only to migrants who are seeking asylum...and that IS what we are talking about with regards to the current caravan. Politifact writes the following..."One source of data comes from an Obama-era program that released asylees from detention and matched them with case managers who encouraged compliance with court-ordered obligations. As of April (2018), the Family Case Management Program, or FCMP, had 630 enrolled families. Before the Trump administration ended the program in June (2018), participants had a 100 percent attendance record at court hearings. They also had a 99 percent rate of check-ins and appointments with Immigration and Customs Enforcement, according to a Department of Homeland Security Office of Inspector General report."

See that, Wayne...a 100 percent attendance record at court hearings by migrants seeking asylum. Please get your facts straight and stop listening to Donald Trump and Fox News.

Border Patrol Agents or military forces...tomato, tomoto...potato, pototo. Nobody should be firing tear gas at babies and other children.

And there it is, Wayne...you always conclude with your "hateful" message towards Hillary Clinton, other Democrats, and the revered Robert Mueller. You claimed earlier in your remarks that..."It is a disgrace the way you (meaning I) demean our U.S. law enforcement agents the way you (meaning I) do. They put their life on the line every day so that you (meaning I) have the right to publish this column." Wayne, you are disgraceful with your hate towards Robert Mueller and - as you call them - "his gang of thugs." I am a strong advocate of our law enforcement agencies, but when they - or anybody in uniform - tear gas babies and other children, I cannot support that kind of behavior and despicable action. As for law enforcement officers putting their lives on the line every day so that I have the right to publish my column...you can't be serious. I have the right to publish my column because of the First Amendment of the United States Constitution. Or do you want to lie about that too?

I believe - and always have - that Special Counsel Mueller will find the truth about Donald Trump, Russia, obstruction of justice and other alleged criminal activity by Trump and his henchmen. And today, there is this, as published by Philadelphia's Inquirer as it quotes the Pulitizer Prize winning, The Guardian. "At roughly 9:30 on a Tuesday morning, a bombshell exploded over America's already cacophonous 24/7 news cycle. The Guardian reported that Trump's convicted-felon 2016 campaign manager, Paul Manafort held secret face-to-face meetings with WikiLeaks' Julian Assange - the conduit for Russian-hacked emails that politically damaged Trump's opponent Hillary Clinton - at the same time he was assuming control over the then-GOP front runner's operation in Trump Tower. The report by a highly reputable, Pulitzer-winning news organization - based upon sources who witnessed and reported on Manafort visits to the Ecuadorian embassy in London, where Assange has been holed up as a fugitive for years - threatens to demolish Trump's long-standing claim that his campaign didn't collude in the release of the stolen documents." Wayne, if you don't think Mueller is going to be getting more and more testimony from this...you're sadly mistaken. Manafort will now spill the beans to save his hide...and it will be one more nail in the Trump presidency coffin. Your disgusting comments that Mueller and his crew "harass, intimidate, blackmail people or even fabricate evidence against (Trump) and his family for revenge" is downright blasphemy. Robert Mueller is as fair as anyone can be...and past presidents and past members of Congress - Democrats and Republicans alike - have attested to the fact that Mueller is as fair as they come. Mueller's report is going to be explosive...and the Democratic House of Representatives will move forward to impeach. That is unless Trump resigns before then.

As for the magic number of 19 Republicans...there were die hard Nixonites who said the same thing when "Tricky Dicky" was about to be impeached and removed from office. There were enough Republicans to to give Nixon the boot. But he was smart...at the end...by resigning...and not putting our country through an impeachment in the House and a trial and conviction in the Senate. If Mueller has the proof...which I believe he will get...and Trump decides not to resign...then the House will indeed impeach him. And I'm confident that - given the facts...the facts - that 19 Republicans will do the same thing with Trump as those Republicans back in 1974 would have done with Nixon if he didn't resign. By that point, there won't be more than 20 percent of the country - if that - who will support Trump...and there'll be nothing close to what you think will cause a "civil war." But you go ahead, Wayne, and think that all of this is because of Hillary Clinton not winning the Electoral vote in 2016. It has nothing to do with that. But you can sing Trump's song all day long...but it will be me...and Democrats and Independents nationwide...who will be singing a song of joy.

    4. Why do bring up a different issue, you lied when you said “Donald Trump and the Republicans are treating a caravan of migrants as if they were hardened criminals by attacking them with tear gas” the President and the Republicans didn’t attack anyone. And if they were being treated as “hardened criminals” as you claim, law enforcement wouldn’t have used just pepper spray and tear gas, I believe Border Patrol showed a great deal of restraint with their actions. Once again you avoided the fact the in 2013 Border Patrol did the same thing under Obama. I won’t get into your other lies and fabrications and don’t care what the President says at campaign rally’s. In 2014 in the House Judiciary committee talking about illegal youths getting caught by immigration: Once they are picked up by immigration officials, “they are given a court date, expected to return, a year or more later,” said the Virginia lawmaker. “The overwhelming majority of them, more than 90 percent, do not return for their hearings and as a result we have a problem,” he added. That’s where the 90% number came from. Once again you try to spin what I said, you said “However, a whopping 89 percent of Democrats and a tremendous amount of Independents - 72 percent - say the immigrants deserve to be allowed in to the United States” I never said and I have never heard the President say immigrants shouldn’t be allowed into the USA, but they have to do it legally. So once again you fabricate or just plain lie. You are the hater not me. You hate the law and the way you talk you must not believe that America is a sovereign nation and has the right to control our borders. You must be one of those citizens of the world, well I believ in America first. You talk about 630 families yet the government says in 2015 up to 100,000 didn’t show for their hearings. So you believe that the agents on the border should have just stood there gotten hit by rocks and bottles and let the mob illegally cross in to the USA. As I have said before Dems and liberals don’t care much for the law. As for law enforcement giving you the right to publish without our military and law enforcement we may not have a Constitution any more, you and the left would probably cheer for some of that. By the way Mueller pulled the plea deal from Manafort because he wouldn’t lie for Mueller and crew. Mueller may have been respected and honest in the past but now he is a partisan hack looking for revenge for his lying buddy. Why must you say “Hillary Clinton not winning the Electoral vote in 2016” she lost the election the way it is setup under the US Constitution granting all states a say in who the President is. Oh yeah that nasty thing to you guys gets in the way the Constitution.

Wayne, don't try to twist the truth...because that means you lie. But then you follow Donald Trump so ________. You fill in the blank.

Donald Trump and the Republicans did indeed attack the migrants with tear gas. There is no disputing that. The Border Patrol is under orders by Donald Trump. As for the Republicans in Congress...they support Trump, so ipso facto, Republicans also attacked the migrants...including babies and other children.

Tear gas is used all the time by police and other law enforcement agencies plus the military. So yes...the migrants were being treated as if they were "hardened criminals." You cannot dispute that fact either.

If there was restraint, babies and other children would not have been fired upon with tear gas. So you cannot dispute that either.

The following is from the Chicago Tribune's Fact Checker. "Asked about U.S. Customs and Border Protection agents lobbing tear gas at children near the San Ysidro border crossing between San Diego and Tijuana over the weekend, Trump said it was necessary because they were being rushed by "very tough people." He dismissed reports that children were among those subjected to tear gas. Photos and video taken on site show that these children were with their mothers, not hardened criminals. Men were also part of the group." The Chicago Tribune continued to write..."Time keeps passing by and the president is still shifting blame, refusing to acknowledge the scope of his family separations, defending them with falsehoods and peddling unsubstantiated claims about criminals in the migrant caravan. The administration has had ample time to find something, anything, to support these claims. But the tank remains empty, and Trump earns another Four Pinocchios." The Chicago Tribute also writes..."It's not the first time Trump tries to minimize the scope of his family separations at the border by claiming that President Barack Obama had the same policy. This claim and its variations have been roundly debunked. We gave them Four Pinocchios in June (2018)." And now they have given Trump those Four Pinocchios again because President Obama never did what Trump has done...and he never ordered tear gas be fired upon babies and children.

None of my remarks are lies, so in plain English...you are wrong.

The fact that you "don't care what (Trump) says at campaign rally's" is disgraceful. Whatever, wherever and whenever the president of the United States says something...Americans need to care. I care because he's an offensive, insulting, venomous, monster who is mentally and morally unstable, thus he should not be sitting behind The Oval Office desk. And no matter what you may think...Special Counsel Robert Mueller and/or Congress will take his presidency down.

Republicans on the House Judiciary Committee in 2014 are wrong. You didn't name the actual Congressman who you quoted, You just said a "Virginia lawmaker." And it is not I who tried "to spin" what you said. The statistics I noted are directly from a recent nationwide poll by Monmouth University Polling Institute - as I indicated earlier. You also did not include what I stated so I will do it again here. The following are my exact words to you in my earlier comments. "According to a recent nationwide poll by Monmouth University Polling Institute, it's the Republicans - and barely half - that want to keep the migrants out. By Trump saying that he would allow immigrants to come in to the United States, but "to do it legally" is merely Trump's way to say that they can come in on "his terms"...Trump's terms. So that means...NEVER. He doesn't want any Mexicans - or other Latinos, such as people from Guatemala, Honduras and El Salvador - coming in to our country because he wrongly believes they are criminals who are "rapists" who "bring drugs." Trump - from day one of his campaign - showed his colors that he doesn't want Latinos coming in to the United States. So I do NOT "fabricate"... and I do NOT "just plain lie."

No Wayne, I am NOT a hater. I have explained that fact in columns for years. America welcomes people who are living in countries where they are living among violence, in poverty, and being persecuted. So again, I repeat myself from my column. "They are seeking asylum, and U.S. law allows such individuals to cross in to America for protection...and each one deserves to be heard before being told they cannot stay." That's the bottom line.

No Wayne, I believe in America first. But America has always been a compassionate country...a welcoming country...a nation that opens its doors to people who are in need...in trouble...and looking for a better life. You and Donald Trump - along with most Republicans nationwide - apparently don't have those feelings in your heart. I feel sorry for you. And remember...the right to seek asylum is protected by both United States law and international law. Plain and simple. Again...the bottom line.

The "mob" you speak of was - according to agents - "less than 100 people"...and they were, for the most part, peaceful. If Trump would let them come in - as they are seeking asylum - and as other presidents have allowed... then there would not have been anyone acting all rowdy.

To allow only between 40 and 100 people to request asylum - as is being reported - is deplorable and reprehensible. There are 7,000 migrants who traveled in this caravan. They should all be granted immediate hearings and not have to wait many months or even many years before their case is heard.

NPR Fact Checker has the truth on your exaggeration of agents being "hit by rocks and bottles." Tear gas was fired long before anybody threw any objects. Here are the facts. "It was a peaceful protest at first, says (reporter James) Fredrick, who witnessed the events in Tijuana. Mexican federal police attempted to contain the crowd, but some migrants were able to pass the Mexican police. They went down in to this kind of riverbank, where there is not that gian steel fence that divides the U.S. and Mexico. It's a chain-link fence and barbed wire. A group of them started pushing up against that fence. At that point, U.S. agents began firing tear gas in to the crowd for the first time. Tear gas was used again several times." To that point, migrants threw nothing at nobody. But agents fired tear gas.

As you usually do, Wayne, you make despicable comments like "Dems and liberals don't care much for the law" and "we may not have a Constitution anymore, you and the left would probably cheer for some of that."

Wayne, law enforcement of today has nothing to do with our First Amendment right of freedom of speech that our Founders gave us more than two centuries ago.

As for Paul Manafort...you are truly listening to evil, vicious people, Wayne - such as Donald Trump - because there are Republicans on Capitol Hill who have stated that Robert Mueller would NEVER ask Manafort or any witness to "lie" for him. The fact of the matter is...if Manafort was promised a pardon by Trump (on federal charges) to keep his mouth shut...and if Mueller can prove that...that's obstruction of justice. Trump is cooked, Wayne. Get it through your head because he's getting deeper and deeper in to trouble. Mueller is no "partisan hack" and he is not "looking for revenge for his lying buddy" because James Comey told the truth to Congress.

Trump is afraid that Hillary might decide to run in 2020 and beat his ass.

    10. Gary, first, I don’t follow Donald Trump, as for twisting the truth that is all you do with this column. Here is another lie by you “Donald Trump and the Republicans did indeed attack the migrants with tear gas. There is no disputing that.” It is just a bold face lie, not only did the President and the Republican not attack any migrants neither did the Border Patrol attack anyone, they DEFENDED themselves. Senator Marco Rubio said this morning the Border Patrols actions were measured and appropriate when faced with “hundreds upon hundreds” of people throwing rocks and bottles while trying to force there way over the border. He also said we all hate to see women and children running with tear gas being used but the Border Patrol actions were justified, legal and correct. He also stated that the regular media is not showing the whole story and that we need to build the wall. As for you saying these people were treated as "hardened criminals", makes me laugh, if they were law enforcement could have been using rubber bullets, flash bangs and even live ammunition.
The member of the House Judiciary Committee that made the statement was its Chairman Rep. Bob Goodlatte.
More twisted truths or lies by you “By Trump saying that he would allow immigrants to come in to the United States, but "to do it legally" is merely Trump's way to say that they can come in on "his terms"...Trump's terms” no it means do it legally. You basically saying they can do it illegally is why I say you have no respect for the law or the Constitution.
Back to your standard “name calling” and hate, yes, we have feelings in our hearts for some of these people but do it legally. Your following statement may be true but may not apply “And remember...the right to seek asylum is protected by both United States law and international law,” many international law scholars have questioned once the migrants were in Mexico which has offered them asylum that they may have no claim to enter the US.
You can believe the anti-American NPR all you want and I’ll believe the Border Patrol and the facts.
My comments are not “despicable” being they are true. You don’t believe in the 2nd Amendment, you don’t believe in the 10th Amendment and you have problems with Article 2.
Jim Comey and his cohorts are liars, they lied to Congress they lied to the FISA Court and they have lied to America.
I will say again I don’t “follow your leader - the "liar-in-chief" he is not my idol as Hillary and Bill are to you. I like our system and you wish to crown the Clintons King and Queen of the USA for life. I do not lie and I do not hate you and the left are the ones that do both.

    11. The following response to the above reader will be in three parts.

      PART ONE OF THREE

1 - Wayne...every statement you make is parroting Donald Trump. There is no debating that fact.

2 - I don't say this to be critical. But Wayne...perhaps you have developed a learning disability. Can you no longer read? You have made the same comment more than once and each time I have responded. So yes, yes, yes... Furthermore, the NPR Fact Checker has the truth on your lies about the Border Patrol officers "defend(ing)" themselves. Tear gas was fired long before anybody threw any objects. Here are the facts. "It was a peaceful protest at first, says (reporter James) Fredrick, who witnessed the events in Tijuana. Mexican federal police attempted to contain the crowd, but some migrants were able to pass the Mexican police. They went down in to this kind of riverbank, where there is not that giant steel fence that divides the U.S. and Mexico. It's a chain-link fence and barbed wire. A group of them started pushing up against that fence. At that point, U.S. agents began firing tear gas in to the crowd for the first time. Tear gas was used again several times." To that point, migrants threw nothing at nobody. But agents fired tear gas. Therefore, Wayne, it was the Border Patrol agents who fired tear gas first. No bald-faced lie. (And yes, the term for something that is being claimed to be untrue is "bald-faced lie" NOT "bold face lie).

3 - It amazes me - if what you're saying is true - that Marco Rubio would tell the lies you state he expressed. It's been proven by fact checkers and what NPR reports is the truth. If "hundeds upon hundreds" of people threw rocks and bottles, somebody was bound to get hurt. And according to Homeland Security...there were no injuries. But Wayne, I am repeating myself from other comments and you just don't want to get it through your head that Trump and the Republicans are liars. You don't want to be a liar too...do you, Wayne? Because that's what you are doing when you repeat their lies.

4 - The "regular media" - as you or Marco Rubio want to call it - meaning ABC, CBS, NBC/MSNBC, and CNN...do tell the truth. It's Fox News that has been proven to tell falsehoods because they're in bed with Trump.

    12. PART TWO OF THREE

5 - Again, you are repeating yourself, Wayne. Again...can you not read? Tear gas IS used against "hardened criminals." And that's how innocent men, women, babies and other children were being treated.

6 - Trump has told more than 6,400 lies since taking the oath of office, according to The Washington Post Fact Checker. I do not lie. Trump wants EVERYTHING done on his terms. So yes...when he says to allow immigrants in to the U.S. "legally"...that means on his terms...which means...NEVER.

7 - Wayne, you wrongfully quote "the law." Again, though...I'm repeating myself. The right to seek asylum is protected by both United States law and international law. Plain and simple. Again...the bottom line.

8 - Being offered asylum in Mexico is irrelevant so your comment that "many international law scholars have questioned once the migrants were in Mexico which has offered them asylum that they may have no claim to enter the US" is not applicable or true. It is U.S. policy to allow those seeking asylum to enter America for protection. THAT is the legal way.

9 - Again, you're parroting Donald Trump, Wayne. Anybody who disagrees with your thinking is - in your mind - obviously "anti-American." For you to bash NPR is despicable. An eyewitness reporter with evidence of the truth is what I will believe, not people who take orders from Donald Trump.

10 - There you go again calling me un-American. Oh you didn't use the word this time, but that's what you mean when you accuse me - or other Democrats - of being in opposition to various Amendments and Articles in the U.S. Constitution. And you have the audacity to say that I am a "name-caller."

    13. PART THREE OF THREE

11 - "Jim Comey and his cohorts" did not lie to Congress. They did not lie to the FISA Court. Comey did lie to America and to all Democrats and left-leaning Independents when he wrote his letter to Congress. I can't believe I'm defending Comey - even in parts - but unlike you, I recognize facts. Comey, though, is the reason that Hillary Clinton is not president. I'm shocked that you don't love him. If Comey didn't write that letter to Congress, 11 days before the election - Secretary Clinton would be President Clinton today. That letter had no fact...no basis...no truth. And a week later that was proven. By then, though, there were enough Independents who were on the fence and either stayed home on election day or decided instead to vote for Trump. Comey is the reason that Trump was elected. Donald Trump and you Republicans should be kissing Comey's butt.

12 - Wayne, you can claim to not "follow" Trump, but your words tell a whole different story. But as always, Wayne, you want to insult me - along with other Democrats - not to mention insulting one of America's greatest presidents and someone who would have been one of America's greatest presidents. Bill and Hillary Clinton are great Americans...and they have given their lives to our country. But you go ahead and claim that you "do not hate." But my conscious is clear because...I do not hate anybody. I'm done discussing this matter with you.

    14. Gary it’s not worth commenting any more, all you do is parrot the left wing leaders which are dangerous to America and the American way of life. I do not have a learning disability I repeated myself to try and drill into you the lies you write but I have realized you have been so brainwashed into believing the lies of the left no matter how much I try and bring you back you are too far gone. Too much Kool-Aid too many lies. Why would I like Comey he wrongfully let Hillary of the hook, he should have turned it over to a Grand Jury and had her indicted for her crimes. We are done here.

    15. Wayne, I gave myself the right to respond even though I said I was finished discussing these issues with you.

I guess you can't even think for yourself as now you're using my word. But I don't "parrot" anybody. I watch, I listen, I read, I talk with others, I research, and I get the facts...then I decide. But my editorials are based on facts...not lies. You on the other hand insist on accusing Democrats and "left wing leaders" as being "dangerous to America and the American way of life." That's your opinion...and as I have freedom of speech for my views...so do you...even though yours are warped.

I have not at all been "brainwashed." But again... that's a word I have used in many columns over the years about Trump supporters. So again, you use one of my words.

As far as drinking the Kool-Aid...I have told you in the past that I oppose that phrase. Using the "Kool-Aid" metaphor is quite sad. The Jonestown massacre killed 918 people when they drank poisoned Kool-Aid. Those people had followed a cult leader who was dangerous and mentally ill. It is not me who is drinking any Kool-Aid. Please Wayne...stop following another cult leader.

James Comey - when F.B.I. Director - did not "let Hillary off the hook." No reputable legal expert - including numerous prosecutors and law enforcement professionals - believe there was any evidence to indict Hillary Clinton. The F.B.I. cleared her. Congress - including Republicans - after she testified...cleared her. Hillary Clinton is as innocent as a baby lamb.

All you do, Wayne, is prove my point that you - like Donald Trump and other Republicans - are Clinton haters. But you'll be crying your eyes out soon when Trump is forced to resign or is impeached, convicted and removed from office. It's happening. Just wait and see. NOW...we are done here.
